Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • 4th EHS International Neonatal Conference The Scientific Committee invites Neonatology , researchers, residents, and medical professionals to submit their original work for presentation at the 4th EHS International Neonatal Conference.

Important Dates

  • Abstract Submission Deadline : 30 September 2026
  • Notification of Acceptance : 25 October 2026
  • Presenter Registration Deadline : 25 October 2026
  • Conference Dates : 13 – 14 November 2026

Presentation Types

  • Oral Presentation: 10–12 minute presentation followed by a 3-minute Q&A.
  • Poster Presentation: Physical poster display (Portrait format: 70 cm W × 90 cm H).
  • Video Presentation: 5–7 minute edited surgical technique/case video with audio narration.

  • Advanced Hemodynamics & Respiratory Care
  • Neuroprotection & Brain Development
  • Neonatal Nutrition, Growth & Gastroenterology
  • Family-Centered Care & Parental Wellbeing
  • NICU Quality Improvement, Patient Safety & Ethics

Abstract Formatting Rules

  • Language: All submissions must be written in clear English.
  • Word Limit: Maximum of 300 words (excluding abstract title, author names, and affiliations).
  • Title: Concise and descriptive, written in Title Case (e.g., Laparoscopic Management of Complex Abdominal Wall Hernias).
  • Authors: Full name, institutional affiliation, city, country, and email address for the presenting author and all co-authors.
  • Surgical Innovation, AI & Robotic

Abstract Structure (Required Headings):

  • Background & Objectives: Statement of the problem and study objective.
  • Methods: Study design, setting, patient sample, and procedures.
  • Results: Key findings with specific statistical data.
  • Conclusion: Main takeaways and clinical relevance.
  • (For Surgical Case Reports/Videos: Introduction, Case Description, Discussion/Conclusion).

Policies & Rules

  • Originality: Submissions must represent original, completed work that has not been previously published or presented elsewhere prior to this conference.
  • Review Process: All abstracts will undergo a blind peer-review by the Scientific Committee based on scientific rigor, relevance, and originality.
  • Mandatory Registration: The presenting author of an accepted abstract must register and pay the registration fee by 20 October 2026 to be included in the official final scientific program.
  • Non-Commercial Policy: Presentations must strictly focus on scientific data and clinical merit. Product branding or commercial advertising is strictly prohibited.
